Christian Bagger

Christian began his movie career as a runner, became a terrible production assistant, then an editor, began directing, entered prestigious film school, got that degree, still directing. Huge fan of working with actors. Enormous fan of storytelling. With each project, Christian injects his unique brand of humor and style into his work. His work reflects his appreciation for both classical, Hollywood narrative as well as his flare for the stylistics of contemporary European cinema, which can be seen in his award-winning films “15-40” & “Gnist”, starring Danica Curcic (Shooting Star 2014, Berlin Int. Film Festival). After four years in Los Angeles, Christian returned to his native Copenhagen, where he now lives with his wife, bonus teenage daughter and their 5 year-old twins. Christian currently has three tv-series in development, plus a feature film where he is reuniting with his Los Angeles colleagues, screenwriters William Schneider and Justin Taines.
